The founer of Chat GPT is Elon Musk and Sam Altman.

GPT-2 was product and this ability is so great which is writing high quality sentence and making the sentence that would not be distinct for human making. 

However, this production, gpt-2, were discontinued by OpenAI due to concern that human abuse this ability.

GPT-3 was produced, bad there are several bad points.  

The result is the Chat GPT as we know it today.

    Chat GPT is useful!! However, I think Chat GPT decrease skill of thinking of people, especially university students.
